Karen’s dream has always been to open up a fabulous office in the heart of the City Centre, and in March 2019, her dream finally came true. We have opened exceptional offices which wows our candidates and client’s alike!

When Karen isn’t dying her hair a multitude of various colours, or taking on stray animals, she goes to the gym, often sporting ridiculous outfits.

Ainslie has over 10 years’ recruitment experience, starting out her career working within the Industrial Sector then moving on to Engineering covering various industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Construction.  Due to her success in her specialist industry, clients have built up a fantastic professional relationship and turn to One Recruitment for all recruitment needs.

Prior to working in the UK Recruitment industry, Ainslie spent many years overseas working within the Travel Industry, working and living in locations such as Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Mainland Spain.

Ainslie’s always on-trend sporting the very latest cool trainers and wearing these (usually with cagoule) at a festival or travelling the UK for her hectic social life. She goes to the gym every weekday morning to keep her fighting fit for her never ending fantastic social life!

Jack is bringing a wealth of experience to One Recruitment. Already working solely within the candidate sourcing area he is now broadening his experience by taking on a Consultant role. Jack is very excited and is looking to apply what he has learnt already to One Recruitment.

On the weekends Jack plays county level football, once being in Gillingham Academy he brings an active/sporty lifestyle. He also loves food, anything and everything really just not mushrooms!

An experienced 360 Consultant and Branch Manager, Michael brings a wealth of experience to the Ashford Branch. Previously working for a number of high street national companies alongside building up his own recruitment company.

Michael focuses on Commercial Recruitment covering temporary and permanent markets. In his spare time he enjoys all sports especially watching Boxing and Football, his two children and his new dog called ‘Jimmy’ keep him very busy outside of work.

Recruitment professional bringing genuine value to the Hospitality industry. Will has amassed many years of hotel management expertise and brings this ‘on the ground’ know-how to identify and hire staff in the hospitality market. Uniquely placed to partner client companies by sourcing Front of House professionals, Management, Sales Office, Chefs and other hospitality stars about to shoot across the trade.

Will is our office feeder, much to the delight of the gang and outside of work, when Will isn’t shaking his booty at Zumba he enjoys going to the theatre and dining out and loves all things luxurious.

Luke is our Sales Guru at the One Recruitment team in Dover, Kent.
His background includes a strong sales background in Finance, Banking and Project Management and he is proud to have been voted the number 1 sales advisor for 2 quarters in a row for a high street bank. Luke has an open approach to recruitment and will put his hand to any roles or sector to gain the skills and knowledge to make himself as successful as he can be at One Recruitment – he is thriving in the role and is a very ambitious consultant.

When Luke isn’t throwing himself into work, he is throwing himself about a football pitch, as he plays football for his local team at the weekend – how long this will last he doesn’t know as he is excitedly also preparing for his next big challenge which is welcoming a baby boy into the world with his girlfriend on 23 December 2019!

Nikki has 27 years’ experience in production manufacturing  work from starting as a trainee to  then building on her career to Team Leader to Front Line Manager at the same time studied and qualified in HR course CIPD and then progressed to work in the HR department. In 2017 Nikki was working alongside with One Recruitment and last year took the plunge and joined One Recruitment team beginning of 2018. Growing with the business by managing on=ite clients account and recruitment at the Dover branch, being part of exciting times of a growing branch in Dover.

Nikki loves her holidays in the sun experiencing different cultures and cuisines as well as the latest flavour of Gin & Tonic or a cocktail or two, also enjoying splashing around in her Aqua fit classes.

Nikki’s favourite word is “Splendid” but that’s usually after the “or two” (ahem) of her favourite tipples.

Helen has over 14 years of recruitment experience. Starting in her career in the beauty sector then moving on to the Industrial Sector working throughout the UK. She joined the One Recruitment in early 2019 and is based on site with one of our favourite clients.

Apart from being the office, go-to beauty consultant for all hints and tips, in Helens spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and her family and is passionate about going to as many live music gigs as possible, usually covered head to toe in glitter!

Jason is our captain of our on-site clients in Kent!

His background is in Manufacturing working in all areas to management level and is perfectly placed to manage our fantastic Kent client’s servicing our each of our clients’ needs and his favourite part is meeting new candidates!Jason has a love for animals and has owned a vast amount of exotic animals over the years including a tarantula call Dizzy he won in a raffle. Jason also loves his food hot and spicy, always trying different cuisines, which he balances out by visiting the gym several times a week.

Jason enjoys long walks with his partner and the dogs, more cases than not, there will be a pub involved somewhere on the route.

Lauren is part of our Hospitality Team, and specialises in PVG candidates and our temporary market. She has been working in recruitment for the last 4 years. When Lauren isn’t at Karaoke belting out all the diva classics, she enjoys traveling. She is originally from Northampton so particularly enjoys visiting all the Scottish landmarks and trying to pick up the “Glasgow Banter”.
