We are looking to hear from exceptional customer service professionals who are looking to work for a well-established company in the heart of Glasgow City Centre - with easy access to all public transport.
Interviews are immediate with starting dates in JANUARY.

You will be in training on 9am - 5:30pm shifts until Christmas and then move onto a fixed shift pattern with a high chance of having full weekends off - a unique situation in the call centre enviornment!
Please note that all successful candidates will be subject to background checking: work references, criminal background check, and basic credit check (no CCJ's or bankruptcy).
There will be 4 weeks of training for this role - no experience in contact centre is necessary, as long as you have customer service skills.

The role:

You will be taking calls and resolving customer queries to aid the resolution of customer enquiries and assist where possible ensuring customers have the best possible experience. You will be working on behalf of one of Scotland's most prestigious energy providers, exceeding the expectations of customer service and resolving.

You will need to be able to:

  • Have the ability to communicate in a clear and engaging manner

  • Be able to follow set procedures and regulations
