We are looking to hear from exceptional customer service professionals who are ready for their next career move and who can work right in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Ten claims advisors are required to join the claims team on a permanent basis, starting October 2017.
We are interviewing for these positions immediately and our client is holding 1:1 interviews this week and early next.
Please note that all successful candidates will be subject to background checking: work references, criminal background check, and basic credit check (no CCJ's or bankruptcy). 
We are looking for candidates with a good work history, with no major gaps in employment.
There will be 8 weeks of training for this role and there is a rolling shift pattern where you will only work 1 in 4 Saturdays, and work a rotational shift pattern from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday.

The role:
​- You will be taking calls and resolving customer queries to aid the resolution of customer enquiries and assist where possible ensuring customers have the best possible experience.

You will need to be able to:
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Have the ability to communicate in a clear and engaging manner
- Possess excellent listening skills
- Be able to follow set procedures and regulations
- Have a natural ability to show empathy to customers
- Manage your own time effectively, plan ahead and adopt a methodical approach to your work
- Be accurate and check details
- Build strong customer relationships and quickly focus on their needs
- Adopt a flexible approach to work and adapt to change
- Provide excellent service – demonstrating willingness to go above and beyond on every single call
- Work effectively in a team – supporting colleagues and sharing your knowledge

- Genuinely enjoy telephone contact with customers, be able to communicate professionally both orally and written in English, have had previous contact centre or strong retail sales experience and be willing to work flexibly, as the role will involve varied   shift patterns.
