Customer Service Advisor

£16k + Bonus + Benefits, starting immediately.

Are you happy to undertake 6 weeks of fantastic training to become an exceptional customer service advisor?
Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy problem solving and putting customers first?

This position will suit candidates who have really good customer service skills, who are professional and articulate and enjoy speaking to customers by telephone and often assisting customers who are vulnerable and require special help.
The calls you will receive will be varied and will involve looking at people's billing, setting up direct debits, changing customer details over as well as help with payment problems.
We are looking for people remains calm under pressure, can listen effectively to the customer and prides themselves on resolving often a number of issues.
There is going to be full training given for this role will take 6 weeks (training will be 9am - 5.30pm for the first 3 weeks).
You will be supported by a team who are specially chosen due to their expertise on getting you where you need to be.
You will be working in a rolling shift pattern where you will have your own plan six weeks in advance.
There is a requirement to work every second Saturday with a day off during the following week.
